PRODUCTION VS DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Production is how long it takes us to make your special pieces.  Most Jewelry is ready to ship within 1-3 business days.  Shoe tags + Apparel are ready to ship within 3-5 business days on average.  Production on Bulk Orders over 10 items varies - please contact us pre purchase to find out how long items will take to ship.

Delivery depends on what method of shipping you chose at checkout.  Standard is the slowest service USPS offers and Express if the fastest - they charge accordingly but Standard Shipping to the United States is always FREE for orders over $45 here at Honey Verse:)  All Items are sent with TRACKING ID

WHAT IS GOLD-FILLED JEWELRY

What is gold-fill?
Despite its somewhat misleading name, “gold-fill” jewelry is not actually filled with gold—it’s really the opposite. To make gold-fill jewelry, multiple layers of solid gold are pressure-bonded to a core of high-quality jeweler’s brass using extreme heat. (Industry standards dictate that your piece must be 5% solid gold by weight.) The result is a thick layer of real gold and a durable, long-lasting product. Gold-fill jewelry is a great alternative to solid gold, as it offers the ideal balance of quality and value.

Will gold-fill ever tarnish? Gold fill can tarnish naturally over time, but it’s easily cleaned. We include a polish cloth in our packaging which we recommend using only when your piece is dull or tarnished—not for everyday cleaning purposes. It should be used “lightly” and not pressed hard against the metal to remove tarnish, as it could rub off the gold on your piece over time.

How do I care for gold-fill? With just a little care, your gold-fill jewelry can last you years. The basics include keeping it clean, keeping it dry and making sure it’s safely stored. 

WHAT IS STERLING SILVER JEWELRY + HOW TO CARE FOR IT

Sterling silver is considered a precious metal, and consists of 92.5% pure silver. (Which is why sterling silver is sometimes referred to as “925 silver.") The other 7.5% of the alloy is usually copper, which strengthens the silver without compromising its appearance.

It’s possible that your sterling silver could tarnish over time due to a natural chemical reaction that happens when it’s exposed to air, lotions, perfumes - you know life in general:) ... Luckily, sterling silver is a solid metal, so you can polish with a soft jewelry cloth and clean it to your heart’s content and have it looking just as good as when you first got it without worry.

HOW DO I WASH + CARE FOR MY HONEY VERSE APPAREL

We use Bella + Canvas {1st quality shirts - not 2nds or irregulars} all of which are poly cotton blends.  We reccommend for longevity to wash INSIDE OUT on COOL with Like Colors and dry LOW.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Unfortunately once we personalize your piece it cannot** be returned if there was a an error you made on the order or you simply changed your mind - we cannot 'un-personalize' something to use again if that makes sense.

  If we made an error on your order we FOR SURE will make it right and ship a new piece your way though so dont think we would leave you hanging:)
