CANCELLATION POLICY
Please request a cancellation within 6 hours of purchase as we do our best to process your order as quickly as possible and begin production. Once an item has begun production for custom orders we cannot refund as onces its made, we can't 'unmake' it to use for another order.
RETURN POLICY
For Standard Designs & Non Personalized Items we accept returns within 21 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs - please send with a trackable service to verify your item was delivered.
For Custom & Personalized Items, We typically don’t accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any concerns with your order. We have a 100% Happiness Guarantee policy so if you dont love it let us know within 3 business days so we can help make it right:)
